Am very happy to visit doctor George sir , the person should be a good listener then only your problems will solve . In the way, I feel the doctor done a great job and his advice , encouraging quality and treatment sessions helped me lot . Each session I felt better and got more confidence. Doctor is polite , friendly and he gave the best diagnosis and further management in treating the patient as a child . After I finish each and every session while return home I completely felt , am more confident and getting better . I was suffering from Fear and Anxiety since many years. I came to know the expertise of Dr. George in Chennai. Got an appointment with him for counselling therapy. I visited him in the centre which is highly contuisive and environment friendly with well equipped set up to make the client feel safe.

The Counsellor is highly qualified with empathy, listening skills, unconditional positive regard which made me feel very comfortable and confident. After the few sessions with him , I can proudly say that I am completely out of my disorders and problems. I am happy and free to go about my daily routine.

Dr. George Palackal helped me to find out a lasting solution for my anxiety and nervousness. I am a self employed tuition teacher. I had been suffering from lack ot self confidence from my childhood onwards. Being the last of eight children in a very traditional family, I had to be under the supervision of many. Actually, though i was trained as a teacher i was not sticking on any job.

When I took an appointment with Dr. Palackal, the very first encounter instilled in me hope and the successive sessions were very inspiring. His CBT approach and writing cure method are helping me heavily. Formerly, being a trained teacher and Principal his experience, expertise and intuition and genuine positive regard for me touched me and gave insights about the core of my issues.

We consulted Dr.G for marital problems, he very patiently listened to both side of our stories. Not in a rush to finish the session at all. He clearly made us understand what is the problem we are going through and helped in fixing it too. He always encourages clear communication. He is always ready to help, the assistance and guidance he offers even post the session is very helpful if you are going through a tough time. Unlike many people whom I have consulted in the past, after a few sessions he asked to stop coming and work on our own. He was kind enough to say to “book a session if needed but I think you can do this on your own from here”.
